addicted to indigo!

Face: gosh foundation primer, mac studio fix fluid in NC15, no 7 loose powder, no 7 high lights in pink, UDPP, mac studio fix cover up
Eyes: mac e/s in shimmer moss and stately black (HK collection), mac pencil liner in indigo (im in LOVE with this colour, so so amazing!) and no 7 lift and curve mascara in black
Lips: just a bit of vaseline :)




oh and i mentioned earlier Stew had bought me 'white frost' from the colour ready collection so heres a wee pallette update!


^ you can see where ive used my shimmermoss loads!! i love it so much :) what colour do you girls think would finish this pallette off nicely? im going to buy another one in a few weeks and fill it with burnt coppers and browns :)

FINALLY: i need a bit of advice, as we all know, concealer and cover up are two entirely different products, concealer is used under the eyes, down the nose, and sometimes high on the cheekbones to highlight and immediately brighten the face, because of this it needs to be a shade lighter than the foundation and ideally needs to have a few light reflecting particles in it. Cover up is used for blemishes, scars, spots, etc and therefore should be the same shade as the foundation... SO what two products do you all use? what concealer is good? my touche eclat ran out and im looking for something different!! xox

MAC Haul and the best day ever today!!

Stew has just got a job so today is going to be our last full day together for a while we think, because our days off aren't the same!! so we went to nottingham, ive been wanting to get some bits for ages :)

my original plan was to buy the colour ready collection and grab some bits from a rose romance, that went to pot though!
i ended up with:
- 4 pan pallette, with 'bitter' and 'shimmermoss'
- indigo eyeliner pencil
- some travel pots (but i got the stackable ones by mistake!! :(

then we nipped to lush, ive been wanting to try their products for ages but didnt know where to start!! so i bought stew some of their shower jelly in 'whoosh!' (partly because i liked the smell haha!) its AWESOME!! he hasn't used it yet but i'll write about it when he does, i also treated him to an americano from costa, for driving me and putting up with me trawling round the mac store for ages ;)

oh and stews mum bought me the rimmel nail varnish yesterday and sent it in the post :D so lovely of her!!! and such a gorgeous colour!!

i also got a really cute vest top that has frills and a little bow on it from primark, and a top/dress/nightie from topshop (£4.50! win!!) thats white and has little birds all over it :) fab for summer!!



so yeah, all in all today was absolutely perfect! i just had some minestrone soup and we're gonna get snuggled up in bed and watch films for the rest of the night, amazing :)

FOTD and 'mouthwash'

my FOTD is the make up i wore to the gig, its uneven and messy because i literally had half an hour to do it!!!!!! so appologies... i still think it looks prettttyyyyy good though!! :)

Eyes: mac hello kitty e/s in yoghurt, romping and stately black, and urban decay e/s in uzi! mac liquid liner in black on the top and bottom lashes and urban decay 'heavy metal' glitter eyeliner in spandex, and rimmel glam eyes mascara in black :)
Lips: Barry M TMLP (although you may notice in the last photo i had wiped a lot of it off as it was REALLY bright and a bit too much with my eyes as well!!
